I've got a new highchair!!

Well, by new I mean first highchair. A birthday present from godfather Tahir who was so thoughtful. Thank you so much. She loves sitting in it and watching us cooking in the kitchen and being the same level as us at dinner. We love the fact that she can't get up and walk away when she should be eating and that she's stuck in there and not under our feet while we cook. Who ever would have thought highchairs were so useful! Maybe we should have got one earlier!!

Thank you lots Tahir xxx

Christmas Presents

Cool - I got new shoes and some bath toys from mummy and baba and some cool cds (thank you aunty Irene)! Mummy got a mini juicer and baba got earrings (studs). Then we went to the park and in the evening some friends are coming over. I wish granny Pat, grandad J and uncle David could be here too. Maybe next year.
I hope everyone else had a lovely xmas too. xxx

Christmas Tree

Here's our little tree. It's about 1 metre so it sits on a table. I would've had a larger one but some people thought we didn't need anything bigger... (you know who you are). If you look closely you can see our cool NZ decorations. I particularly like the Kiwi and the Pukeko. thank you Jane for these, they are really lovely. Also the angel on the top was made by Papatya's granny pat. Thank you, it's nice when decorations have meaning. xxx

My family

We've been together for a whole year now. It's been a long and wonderful year. We've done so much and come so far. Hope you've been enjoying the pictures and videos. I wish we could be closer to everyone but wherever weend up we'll be far away from someone so this is a great way to keep you all up to date on us. Here's to many many more years as good as this one!

With Ela

and my Scotland teddy bear. My mummy's family are Scottish and my uncle got me that lovely bear. Ela's dad is Scottish too and her mum's Turkish - choosing which sports teams to support is going to be difficult for us...

Pebbles

Thankyou for the lovely dress Granny and Grandad. Mummy made me this top on the morning of the party, it goes well, doesn't it. People thought I looked like Pebbles from the Flintstones with this dress and my hair up. I just think I need a haircut! Posted by Picasa
